Our agents pay a monthly fee of $169.00 plus HST. The cost to process each deal is $99.00 plus HST regardless of the total amount of the deal the agent has done. As an agent, you receive 100% of the commission earned for each transaction.

The cost to obtain a lisence for a territory of your choice is $999.00 per month plust HST. This cost is regardless of the amount of agents working in that respective territory and regardless of the amount of deals done.
